1. Who we are

TrueNorth Frames is an Edmonton-based photographer marketplace operated by ACE Innovate. We connect clients with local photographers. Contact us at yogeshstrategyandanalytics@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account information: name, email address, profile photo
• Booking and messaging data between clients and photographers
• Social platform data (Instagram, Facebook, Google) when you choose to connect them for trust score calculation
• Usage data: pages visited, features used

3. How we use your data

• To operate the platform and facilitate bookings
• To calculate and display trust scores for photographer profiles
• To send transactional notifications about bookings and messages
• To improve platform features

4. Social platform data

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, or Google, we access only the data necessary to calculate your trust score (follower count, post engagement, review ratings). We do not post on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase for database, Cloudflare for storage, Resend for email).

6. Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This permanently removes all your data. To request data deletion, email us at yogeshstrategyandanalytics@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
